It is fortunate when a client’s pain goes away after only one massage session, but that’s not usually how it works. Massage is part of the answer, but getting rid of or reducing pain in your body will almost always require additional effort on your part. From making changes in the way you do things at work to taking time at home to stretch or strengthen, I will always work to assist you in your journey towards balance.
